Stripping
Chemical or electro-chemical removal of old PVD coatings from steel and cemented carbide tools. Some of the advantages of this preparation include better adhesion of the coating, better lead away of metal chips, and better appearance of the renovated tool itself.

Dry sandblasting
Surface preparation that is mainly designed to remove residual impurities and to create a uniform, homogenous surface.

Wet sandblasting
Ensures a high quality and even adhesion of deposited coatings. It also helps in the process of modification of the micro geometry of cutting tools edges and in the polishing process after the coating process.

Aluminum Removal
The removal of residual aluminum from tools used in aluminum die casting, from axial tools and molds & dies.

Blackening Removal
This technology removes surface blackening in acidic baths to ensure perfect adhesion of PVD coatings.

Drag-Finishing
Finishing of shank tools through drag-finishing in a special abrasive medium. This process is designed to remove sharp unevenness on edges. The evenness of this technology is achieved through the planetary rotation of the tools.

Hand Polishing
Hand polishing is available based upon customer’s needs. There are various polishing techniques available, customized for the type and application of each tool.

Deburring
The removal of burrs after sharpening. Various methods are available.

Tool preservation
Tool preservation to protect against corrosion during transport and storage as well as protection of sensitive tool parts with wax.
