  – MARWIN or ALWIN coatings,
  – advance notice required,
  – surcharge for this service.

Development and laboratory services:

• Development of customer driven coating variations and surface technologies
  We offer modifications to our standard coatings for your specific application to maximize the results. In the case of optimization of coatings, please allow longer development period (several weeks or months), your active participation in evaluation and testing is also necessary.
• Development of surface treatment technologies
• Laboratory analyses of coatings
  We are able to measure and analyze micro hardness, thickness, adhesion, element composition, roughness and structure of PVD coatings.
• Analyses of micro geometry of tools
  We conduct analyses of micro geometry of tools in our lab. We use electron microscope (SEM) and optical analysis with ALICONA and GFM instruments.
